What an interesting last few days I've had!
My wife bought me a new, smaller diary covering 2018/2019 not realising that the first available entry date is Monday 25th June! Until then, it's back to my cumbersome A4 diary!
On Wednesday I had a challenging NEXT 3 door/2 drawer wardrobe to assemble which they rather optimistically suggested should take 30 minutes! What with the rather amazing amount of packaging (4 boxes!) it took almost that long to unpack! After that it was relatively well made and (mostly) went together easily!
Thursday saw a meeting with an I.T. professional to discuss my website and Google Analytics - it was very intense and the package offered, was, unfortunately, not really suitable for me, but did provide an insight to potential improvements!
Unfortunately, due to my clients unforeseen circumstance, Friday, suddenly became an admin day catching up on both paperwork and maintaining my website. I was also approached by Bark.com, a lead generation company to bid on some local contracts and as Saturday was taken up by a Poker tournament (regional final) curtesy of Redtooth Poker who host poker leagues throughout the U.K. I didn't do as well as I would have liked, but it was my first attempt! Therefore it was Sunday before I could get to grips with the offer from Bark.com and after some research, I accepted their offer and have bid on several contracts. Watch this space for further developments!
